McAlister & Brianne

Fahie

Mac - Executive Chef:
Chef Mac pursued a Culinary education from Johnson & Wales in Providence, Rhode Island. He graduated with an Associate of Applied Science and a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Arts.  Chef Mac has worked for Michelin star rated restaurants in England, cooked and led teams at high-end hotels and fine dining restaurants, and ensured the 3000+ professionals of a well-known biotechnology company were well fed and nourished.  He enjoys assisting and mentoring his friends with their food businesses in his free time.
 
Brianne - Operations Director:
Brianne also attended Johnson & Wales in Providence, Rhode Island.  She graduated with an Associate of Applied Science in Baking and Pastry Arts as well as a Bachelor of Science in Foodservice Entrepreneurship. She has led, trained, and managed events, diverse teams, operations, and projects for corporations, hotels, and small businesses.
